Wee Worrks Animation Studio is an independent Philippine animation studio based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. Founded in 2019, the studio specializes in animation, motion graphics, video editing, and digital content production for both local and international clients.

Nony Roño Alcala
Founder & CEOAnimator and video editor whose entrepreneurial vision gave birth to Wee Worrks Animation Studio in 2019, aiming to create animation at par with the best in the world.
Rosauro Adorable
Project ConsultantRosauro has worked on local and international animation projects and brings valuable industry expertise to the team. A former instructor at Webel Animation Academy and former director at Green Gold, he provides creative guidance and professional insight in animation production.
Nelson Ventanilla
Film Director & 2D AnimatorNelson has contributed to both local and international animation productions, including projects associated with Warner and Disney. He brings strong creative and technical expertise to the team through his work in animation and directing.
Rachel Salonga
Production CoordinatorRachel oversees production schedules, team coordination, and project workflows to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. She serves as the key link between clients, creative teams, and the production process.
Monica AIcaIa
Studio AccountantWith two years of experience in animation accounting, Monica manages production budgets, expenses, and financial planning. She works closely with directors, illustrators, and animators to support smooth and efficient production operations.

IT Consultant & Mobile Apps DeveloperRοnγ oversees the studio’s technology and IT operations that support animation production workflows. He manages the company website, software systems, and technical tools used in daily production and development.
